Ein nod yw anfon pob archeb o fewn 2 wythnos i dderbyn eich archeb. Er ein bod bob amser yn gwneud ein gorau i anfon eich eitemau cyn gynted â phosibl, gall amseroedd dosbarthu amrywio yn ystod cyfnodau prysur.
Rydym yn falch o gynnig cludiant AM DDIM ledled y DU ar bob archeb dros £120. Codir ffi cludo o £6 ar bob archeb o dan £120, waeth faint o eitemau a brynir.
Os oes gennych unrhyw gwestiynau am eich archeb neu os oes angen eich eitemau erbyn dyddiad penodol, mae croeso i chi gysylltu â ni cyn gwneud eich archeb.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 weeks of receiving your order. While we always strive to send your items as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary during busy periods.
We are pleased to offer FREE UK postage on all orders over £120. Orders under £120 are charged at a flat-rate postage fee of £6 per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Gwiriwch eich archeb cyn gynted ag y bydd yn cyrraedd a rhowch wybod i ni o fewn 48 awr os oes unrhyw eitemau ar goll, yn anghywir neu wedi'u difrodi.
Byddwn yn hapus i gyfnewid unrhyw eitem sydd wedi'i difrodi wrth eu cludo neu sydd wedi cyrraedd mewn cyflwr diffygiol. Cysylltwch â ni gyda manylion eich archeb ac, os yn bosibl, anfonwch luniau o'r difrod er mwyn inni allu prosesu eich cais yn gyflym.
Gan fod pob eitem bersonol wedi'i gwneud i archeb, ni ellir eu dychwelyd na'u cyfnewid oni bai eu bod yn ddiffygiol neu wedi'u difrodi pan gyrhaeddant.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and notify us within 48 hours if any items are missing, incorrect, or damaged.
We will gladly replace or exchange any items that have been damaged in transit or received in a faulty condition. Please contact us with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the damage to help us process your request quickly.
As all personalised items are made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
